Hi Joan ~ Thanks for your ping relative to my Affirmative Action post. I'm just pinging you back.

Affirmative Action-EEOC issues were a way of life for me for a while in the Legal Field -- among other things. My response (the one you saw) was not as SERIOUS as it would have been years ago. Although I do have a very serious opinion about Affirmative Action.

Thank you very much for the ping. I never knew about the pings being in my space (lol). I just found them today. That explains the delay.
